What information do we collect?

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, city and ZIP code, the product you are interested in, your timeline, and anything you write in the notes field.

If you upload photos of your entry — either in a quote request or in the door visualizer — we store those images so we can measure, quote, and design accurately.

Standard technical information (browser type, pages visited, approximate region) may be logged by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

How do we use it?

To answer your request, schedule a free on-site measure, prepare your written specification sheet, and keep you updated weekly while your door is being built.

We may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your specific project. We do not run automated marketing text campaigns.

Who can see it?

Only ASKCL Iron Doors staff with an authenticated account in our internal system. Lead records and uploaded photos are stored in a private, access-controlled database and private file storage — they are not publicly viewable and are not indexed by search engines.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it with a subcontractor or supplier only when it is required to complete your specific project.

How long do we keep it?

Photos uploaded to the door visualizer are automatically deleted 90 days after they are created.

Quote and contact records are retained for our business records and warranty history. You may ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing sales@askclirondoors.com.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the storage required to keep the site working and to keep an administrator signed in. We do not use advertising trackers to build profiles of visitors across other websites.

Your choices

You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@askclirondoors.com or call the shop and we will handle it directly — there is no ticket system to fight through.

Reply STOP to any text message from us and we will stop texting that number.
